| Gaby
Briceño is PhD student of the Center for Petrophysics and Reservoir Characterization
Project both at the Colorado School of Mines. She received BS and MSc degrees
in geophysical engineering and petrophysics from the Universidad Simon Bolivar
and Colorado School of Mines, respectively. For almost two years she worked in
PDVSA Exploration & Production. She received the Student Grant 2000-2001 of
the Society of Petrophysicist and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA). Her research interests
include formation evaluation, well log analysis and petrophysics. In 2006, she
joined Occidental Oil & Gas Corportation to work as a Petrophysicist in Worldwide
Engineering and Techinical Services. Gaby is married with children: Mauricio (4
years) and Uxia (2 years in June 2006). |
