Mau Briceño

Last Name: Briceño
First Name: Mauricio Gago (Mau)

I am Mauricio Gago, but everyone can call me Mau. I was born in Golden, CO in January 2002. My mom (Gaby) was working in her MS in Petrophysics and Geophysical engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. My dad (Jose) was working in his PhD in Environmental science and engineering also at CSM. I took geostatistics and professional oral communication, while I was in my mommy's belly. During my first year, I have my own play-yard in the geophysics department, where I learned how to walk and other arts. Also, my grandma (Reina) travels all the way from Venezuela to take of me. In August 2003, I started my daycare and pre-school activities with occasional visit to Ms. Lillian Peeters' house to learned some Dutch. In June 2004, I got a little sister, Uxia (my bibi). Now, I am 4 year old and I speak fluent Spanglish (English- Spanish mix). I live in Houston where I go to pre-school, gymnastics and swimming lessons.
